Who Can Refer?
Affiliate
The Quicko Affiliate Program is open to all individuals and business entities looking to promote Quicko’s Products & Services.
To join, Affiliates must agree to Quicko’s Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions and submit valid contact and banking details to enable timely settlements.
Referral Link Management
Affiliates have the flexibility to create and manage multiple unique referral links, each tailored for different outreach channels and promotional campaigns.
Centralized Tracking and Earnings
All referral activities, sign-ups, and purchases, commissions generated are tracked through Cliq, Quicko’s Affiliate Marketing Software. The affiliate’s performance, including commission details, will be consolidated under one account, and all earnings will be credited directly to the Affiliate.
All the links created by the Affiliate can be tracked individually, enabling affiliates to monitor conversions, analyze performance, and optimize their promotional efforts for better results.
Who Can Be Referred?
For Sign-Up Commission
To qualify for a sign-up commission, the Referral must be a new referral on the Quicko platform. A referral is defined as a unique Permanent Account Number (PAN) that:
Has not been previously registered on Quicko.
Is used to complete the sign-up through the Affiliate’s referral link.
Sign-ups associated with duplicate or previously registered PANs will not be eligible for the sign-up commission.
For Purchase Commission
Affiliates are eligible to earn a percentage-based commission (as per their tier) when a referral makes a qualifying purchase through the Affiliate’s link—regardless of whether the referral is new or existing on Quicko.
To qualify:
The purchase must be completed using the Affiliate’s unique affiliate link.
Purchase commissions are applicable even if the referral’s PAN was previously registered on Quicko, as long as the purchase can be attributed to the Affiliate’s link.
How to Refer?
Generating Your Unique Referral Link
Every Affiliate is assigned a unique affiliate referral link.
This link can be generated and accessed at any time from their Cliq dashboard.
To be eligible for sign-up or purchase commissions, the Referral must complete the action (sign-up or purchase) using their unique referral link.
Affiliates can generate and customize multiple referral links through the Cliq dashboard, each designed for different outreach methods or promotional campaigns.
These links enable Affiliates to tailor their marketing efforts for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, or other promotional activities.
Each link is tracked individually, giving Affiliates the ability to monitor performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Cookies
Cookie Validity
When a Referral clicks on an Affiliate's unique referral link, a tracking cookie is placed in the Referral’s browser, which remains valid for a period of 30 days. If the Referral signs up or completes a qualifying purchase within this 30-day period using the same device and browser, the activity will be attributed to the Affiliate.
If the Referral clears cookies, switches to a different browser or device, or takes action after the 30-day window, Quicko will be unable to attribute the activity to the Affiliate.
Last-Touch Attribution
Quicko follows a "last-touch attribution" model for referral commissions. This means that if a Referral clicks on multiple affiliate links during their journey, the Affiliate whose link was clicked last before the Referral's sign-up or purchase will earn the commission.
Referral Tracking via Cliq
All referral activity under the Affiliate Program is seamlessly tracked and managed through Cliq, Affiliate Marketing Software. This software serves as the central hub for Affiliates to oversee their entire affiliate performance—from link wise activity to commission tracking.
Affiliates can use the Cliq dashboard to:
Track Performance Metrics
View comprehensive data on overall performance, including:
Monitor key analytics such as total commission generated, valid sign-ups, completed purchases, and revenue earned over time.
Manage Referral Links
Create and manage affiliate links. View the individual performance of each link to campaign effectiveness.
Analyze Referral Activity
Gain detailed insights into Referral behavior—see which plans were purchased, when the sign-ups occurred, and the value of each transaction—to refine outreach and target more effectively.
Generate Reports for Settlement
Easily export comprehensive reports summarizing sign-ups, purchases, and commissions within a chosen time frame.
These reports are mandatory for commission settlement with Quicko. Affiliates are responsible for generating and submitting the reports within the designated timeline to initiate payouts.
Reports also serve as a verifiable record of performance, promoting transparency and accountability.
Incentive Tiers & Settlements
The Affiliate Program uses a “performance-based tier” model to reward Affiliates as they grow. As Affiliates advance through each tier, they unlock higher sign-up commissions and increased purchase commission percentages, enabling greater earning potential.

Eligibility for Commission Payouts
Affiliates are eligible for commission payouts once they have successfully reached 25 referrals.
The first 25 referrals will be eligible for payout once the milestone is reached.
Purchase-based commissions will be applicable only after crossing the 25-referral threshold. Any purchases made prior to achieving 25 referrals will not qualify for commission.
Settlement Report & Invoice Submission Requirement
To receive payouts under the Quicko Affiliate Program, Affiliates are required to generate and issue an invoice to Quicko for settlement processing.
Mandatory Report & Invoice Submission: Payouts will only be processed upon submission of a valid invoice. Failure to submit will result in no settlement for that period.
Timely Reporting & Invoice Submission: Affiliates must submit the invoice within the designated reporting window to ensure eligibility for payouts and prevent loss of commissions.
Payment Schedule: Upon approval of the invoice, settlements will be processed and paid by the 15th of the subsequent month. Payments will be transferred to the Affiliate’s registered bank account as per the details provided.
Deadline & GSTR Closure: Invoices must be submitted within the specified period. If submitted after Quicko's GSTR filing closure for that cycle, Quicko may not process or reprocess the payout, and commissions for that period may be forfeited.
