Autofill House Property Income
House property income is the rent earned from the property you own, whether it’s a house, apartment, shop, or office space. This income is taxable, but deductions such as home loan interest and property taxes can help lower the taxable amount. If TDS was deducted on rent or you’ve provided home loan details to your employer, you can easily autofill these details from ITD.
Steps to Autofill House Property Income
Navigate to File > Incomes > House Property
- Select Import from ITD using Autofill

- Connect to ITD via Aadhaar OTP or credentials

Once connected, rent received, interest payments, and TDS will be imported automatically.
