Book a Follow up
Sometimes one meeting is not enough for your order to complete. If your expert extends a follow up, you can book another session with them at no additional cost.
Things to Keep in Mind
- No Extra Charge: Follow-ups are free and considered part of your original booking.
- Flexible Scheduling: You can choose a time that works for you within the window set by the expert.
- Expiry: Follow-ups are only available for a limited time. If the window expires, you will need to wait for the expert to extend it again.
How to Book a Follow up
- Log in to meet.quicko.com
- Go to My Bookings: Click on Profile Icon > My Bookings.
- Find Your Booking: Under Active, find the booking that says Follow up extended.
- Choose a Slot: Click Book follow up, pick a date and time that suits you, and confirm.
What Happens Next?
- Your follow up meeting will be confirmed.
- You will receive an email with the meeting details along with a link to join.
