Cancel Booking

Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. You can cancel your order anytime and check if you're eligible for a refund based on the Cancellation policy

Things to Keep in Mind
  1. Cancellation Policy: You’ll get a full refund if you cancel before the same calendar day as your meeting.
How to Cancel a Booking
  1. Log in to meet.quicko.com
  2. Navigate to My Bookings: Click on Profile Icon > My Bookings.
  3. Select Booking: In Active > Upcoming, click on the booking you want to cancel.
  4. Cancel Booking: Click Cancel Booking at the bottom right corner.
  5. Select a Reason: Choose a reason for cancellation, then confirm.

What Happens Next?
  1. You can check your email for refund details.
  2. You can also track your refund from the Booking Summary page.
