Refunds and Cancellations

Our cancellation policy follows the Moderate (default) option:
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel before the calendar day of the booking.

How you will receive your refund:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days. 
  • The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment. 
  • Payment gateway charges, if any, will be deducted from the refund.
