Understanding Booking History

Your Booking History is where you’ll find all your upcoming, completed, or cancelled bookings. It helps you keep track of every booking that has happened or is scheduled to take place.

Things to Keep in Mind
  1. How to Access: Click on your Profile icon > My Bookings to view your booking history.
  2. Time Zone: All bookings follow IST (GMT +5:30) timezone.
What to Expect
  1. Active Bookings:
    1. Upcoming: These are meetings scheduled for the future.
    2. Needs Action: These bookings need your or your pro’s attention. For example:
      1. Your pro has extended a Follow-up: You’ll need to book it at a time that works for you.
      2. Your pro still needs to take an action to complete the order.
  2. Past Bookings:
    1. This includes all Completed or cancelled bookings.
    2. You can refer back to these for leaving reviews, file uploads, tracking any refunds or just keeping track of what has concluded.
