Uploading files before your booking helps your pro prepare better and saves time during the session.
Things to Keep in Mind
- Document Checklist: Some bookings will have a checklist under the Files tab. These are documents you’re expected to upload before the session.
- Optional Uploads: If you have additional files not listed in the checklist but feel they’re important, you can upload those too.
- Even if your plan doesn’t show a checklist, you can still upload files.
- File Formats: Currently supported file types include pdf, xlsx, json, jpeg, txt, csv, xls.
How to Upload Files
- Go to My Bookings: Log in and navigate to your Profile icon > My Bookings.
- Open Your Booking Summary: Select the booking you want to upload files for.
- Check the Files Tab: If a checklist is present, you’ll see the required documents listed.
- Upload Documents: Click each checklist item and upload the relevant file against it.
- Upload Other Files (Optional): Click the Upload button to add any other supporting documents.
What Happens Next?
- Your files will be saved under the Files tab in your booking summary.
- Your pro will review the documents before the session.
- You can re-upload or update files at any time.
