Taxpayer can raise Payment Related Grievance (GST PMT-07) in following cases:



  • Amount has been debited from bank account but cash ledger is not updated

  • Issues related to NEFT or RTGS


For Payment Related Grievance, it is advisable to raise grievance after 24 hours. GST Portal automatically resolves most issues within 24 hours. To file any other grievance, taxpayer can use Grievance Redressal Portal.
