Grievance Redressal Portal is for taxpayers to report complaints. Instead of sending email to helpdesk, taxpayer can submit grievance to get faster solution to the problem.



  1. Go to Grievance Redressal Portal

  2. Click on Report Issue / Complaint

  3. Under Type of Issue / Concern, enter keyword related to your issue or complaint

  4. System would display list of issues related to entered keyword and related FAQs and help content

  5. If FAQs do not solve the problem, select ‘No, I want to lodge my complaint’

  6. Enter details of issue - GSTIN, ARN, First Name, Last Name, Mobile, Email, Description

  7. Upload supporting document, enter captcha and click on Submit

  8. Success message will appear with TRN (Ticket Reference Number). Taxpayer can track ticket status using TRN
