How to track status of grievance filed on Grievance Redressal Portal? Print

  1. Go to Grievance Redressal Portal

  2. Click on Check Ticket / Issue Status

  3. Enter TRN i.e. Ticket Reference Number generated when grievance was earlier filed

  4. Enter the captcha and click on Search

  5. Ticket details are sent to registered email address
