How to track status of grievance filed on Grievance Redressal Portal?

- Go to Grievance Redressal Portal
- Click on Check Ticket / Issue Status
- Enter TRN i.e. Ticket Reference Number generated when grievance was earlier filed
- Enter the captcha and click on Search
- Ticket details are sent to registered email address
