
Upgrading to Pro Plan unlocks exciting functionalities like multiple broker import & ERI integrations. Here is how you can upgrade to Pro Plan. The Pro Plan works on a subscription model where the subscription is renewed annually for Tax Planning & Filing.
Things to keep in mind in terms of Refunds & Cancellations:
- Any Questions about refunds and cancellations should be addressed to help@quicko.com
- In the event, you want to cancel your existing subscription, you will not receive any refund. Upon cancellation, the subscription will end at the end of billing cycle.
- Quicko reserves the right to negotiate and refund the appropriate portion of the amount paid by the customer towards the requested service.
- All cancellations can be opted from the dashboard, requested in writing, and can be sent via regular mail, email or fax. Telephone requests on cancellations will not be accepted.
- In case of exceptional circumstances you can reach out to us at help@quicko.com, and we will resolve your query on a case by case basis.
- No refund of cash will be made for plans which have been refunded in Quicko credits.
