After you have successfully e-filed your income tax return, it is mandatory to e-verify your return within 30 days of filing the ITR. (with effect from 1 August 2022)

To e-verify on Quicko


  • After you have e-filed your return on Quicko, on the next screen click on E-VERIFY
  • Select the mode to receive an OTP
    • Aadhaar Registered Mobile Number, or
    • Bank account linked Mobile Number & Email
  • Enter the OTP and click on E-VERIFY




Note:
The Income Tax Department issues a refund only after the return has been E-verified.
