The Department emails you the ITR-V acknowledgment directly to you after e-filing. In most cases, you should receive it within a few hours on your email.

You should search your inbox for an email from this address: donotreply@incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
Check your Spam/Trash folder for it too.

If you are not able to locate it, then you can also download the ITR-V directly from the Department website.
