The above error takes place when the name entered in ITR is not as per the PAN of a taxpayer.
In this case, you need to enter the name as per PAN.
To resolve such an error
- Login to Quicko
- Go to Taxpayer Profile from the upper right corner
- Navigate to the Personal Details tab > Name
- Change the Name as per PAN
- Click on Save
- Navigate to E-File from the side nav and file ITR again
