The above error takes place when the name entered in ITR is not as per the PAN of a taxpayer. 

In this case, you need to enter the name as per PAN.

 


To resolve such an error

  • Login to Quicko
  • Go to Taxpayer Profile from the upper right corner
  • Navigate to the Personal Details tab > Name
  • Change the Name as per PAN
  • Click on Save  
  • Navigate to E-File from the side nav and file ITR again
