The above error takes place when the name entered in ITR is not the same as per PAN/Income Tax Database. Following are the steps to resolve such an error on Quicko: 

1. Login to Quicko, 

2. Go to Taxpayer, 


3. Click on View Order, 

4. Click on Amend > Confirm, 


5. Go to Taxpayer > Name, 

6. Change the First Name, Middle name, and last name as per PAN, 

7. Go to Efile to file the ITR again.
