Once you prepare and click on E-file on Quicko, Quicko uploads your ITR on the e-filing portal. Once the ITR is uploaded, it can either be processed or failed.
1. Processed: Here, the ITD processed your ITR by generating a unique acknowledgment number, ie, ITR V. You will receive the same at your registered email ID.
2. Failed: Here, in case of any queries on the e-filing of ITR, you can contact 1800 103 0025 or submit a grievance on the e-filing portal.
