The above error takes place when the entered Aadhaar number is not a valid Aadhaar number.



To resolve such an error on Quicko

  • Login to Quicko
  • Go to the Taxpayer Profile from the top right corner
  • Under the Personal Details tab > Aadhaar Number
  • Enter the Aadhaar number as per the Aadhaar card
  • Navigate to E-File from the side nav and file ITR again.
