The above error takes place when the entered Aadhaar number is not a valid Aadhaar number.
To resolve such an error on Quicko
- Login to Quicko
- Go to the Taxpayer Profile from the top right corner
- Under the Personal Details tab > Aadhaar Number
- Enter the Aadhaar number as per the Aadhaar card
- Navigate to E-File from the side nav and file ITR again.
