If you're facing a similar issue where the following error occurs 'PAN is client of another ERI' you need to deactivate a previously added ERI. You can watch this video for instructions



After you've successfully deactivated the ERI as shown in the above video,

  • Navigate back to Quicko
  • Click on User Icon
  • Navigate to Integrations > ERI Integration
  • Click on Grant 



This should resolve the above issue and you will be able to successfully E-file your Income Tax Return.
