If you're facing an issue where the following error occurs 'PAN is a client of another ERI' you need to deactivate a previously added ERI.

After you've successfully deactivated the ERI as shown in the above video,

  • Navigate back to Quicko
  • Click on the Tax Payer Profile
  • Navigate to INTEGRATIONS > ERI Integration from the side nav
  • Click on Grant 

This should resolve the above issue and you will be able to successfully E-file your Income Tax Return. 


If you get an error saying 'PAN is a client of another ERI' on Quicko, you will have to deactivate the previously added ERI on your Income Tax Portal by following the steps shown. Once this is done you can Grant access to Quicko as your ERI.
