If you're facing an issue where the following error occurs 'PAN is a client of another ERI' you need to deactivate a previously added ERI on the income tax portal.

After you've successfully deactivated the ERI as shown in the above video, follow these steps on Quicko
- Navigate back to Quicko,
- Click on the Tax Payer Profile from the upper right corner
- Navigate to INTEGRATIONS > ERI Integration from the side nav
- Click on Grant
This should resolve the above issue and you will be able to successfully E-file your Income Tax Return.
