This error reflects when the TAN of the employer is not entered correctly in an expected format. You are expected to enter the TAN of the TDS deductor correctly to claim the Tax Credits in your name.



To resolve such an error on Quicko

  • Login into Quicko
  • In the Filing tab, navigate to INCOMES > SALARY from the side nav
  • Click on TDS > TAN of the employer
  • Re-enter the TAN 
  • Click on Save
