You can add a tax professional to your Quicko account in order to give access to another individual of your tax planning and filing information. 


You can invite them as 'Guest'. When you add a tax professional, you will remain the 'Owner' of your account. 

You can also revoke their access when deemed necessary.



What happens when you add them with a 'Guest' role? 

  1. They have no access to:
    • View/edit passwords 
    • Deactivate a taxpayer
  2. They have access to view and edit your planning & filing section



To add a tax professional to your Quicko account

  • Login to your Quicko account
  • Navigate to your Profile >Preferences from the side nav
  • Navigate to Tax Professional > Manage
  • Click on Invite and enter the email address of the professional


To remove a tax professional from your Quicko account

  • Login to your Quicko account
  • Navigate to your Profile >Preferences from the side nav
  • Navigate to Tax Professional > Manage
  • Click on the dropdown (of the tax professional) and select the role as Remove
  • Click on Confirm




Note:
Once the tax professional is added to your Quicko account, he/she will be able to access your account by logging into his quicko account > Profile > View all Taxpayers.

No e-mail is sent when the tax professional is added to your Quicko acccount.
