Deleting an account is permanent, so make sure that you proceed with caution. 


Following data linked to your account will be deleted forever

  • All personal and tax information
  • If you manage clients as an accountant, you’ll be removed from their accounts
  • Any active subscriptions will be canceled and no longer accessible


As an accountant you will not be able to delete your client's account. 


Delete your account


  1. Navigate to Profile > My AccountNavigate to Profile > My Account

  2. Go to Settings > Danger Zone and click on DeleteGo to Settings > Danger Zone and click on Delete
