Steps to Add Capital Gains Manually
- Navigate to File > Capital Gains > Add Securities
- Select Add Manually

- Enter your Account Details
- Choose the nature of settlement:
- Tradewise – Report each trade or transaction individually
- Scripwise – Consolidate all trades of the same scrip into a single summary

Details to Be Entered (as per your Broker’s Tax P&L Report)

Buy Price & Sell Price | Per unit price for each transaction | Total Buy and Sell Price for the same scrip |
FMV | Provide Fair Market Value where applicable | Not applicable |
Transfer Expense | Transfer expense per trade | Total transfer expense for the scrip |
Once saved, the system will automatically compute your Profit or Loss.
