Migrating to Quicko GSP

Migrating to Quicko GSP

Under the GSTN framework, a GSP (GST Suvidha Provider) acts as a secure proxy between your application and GSTN’s servers.

Because your integration depends primarily on the API host URL and credentials, switching to a new GSP is not a deep backend rewrite — it’s a targeted update.

If you’re already integrated via another GSP, moving to Quicko GSP is straightforward and low-risk.

Steps to Migrate

  1. Get in Touch

Email gsp@quicko.com with your company name, GSTIN, and a short description of your current setup and workflows.

  2. Provisioning New Credentials

    • After onboarding approval, Quicko GSP issues a fresh API key and secret.
    • These credentials are organization-specific — store them securely in a secret manager.
  3. Update Your API Host

    • Replace your existing GSP host URL with Quicko’s endpoint in your application.
    • Developer-friendly client libraries and code samples make this step quick.
  4. Test in Sandbox

    • Use Quicko’s sandbox environment to validate all workflows — filing, reconciliation, e-Invoicing, E-Way Bills, and more.
    • Resolve any integration issues before production cut-over.
  5. Go Live

    • Switch to production credentials.
    • With Quicko GSP client libraries, go-live often takes hours, not weeks.

Summary

Migrating to Quicko GSP is as simple as updating your host URL and credentials, with minimal downtime and no need for a major code overhaul.
