After you have successfully e-filed your Income Tax Return, it is mandatory to e-verify your return within 30 days of filing the ITR. (with effect from 1 August 2022).
Steps to e-verify your ITR on Quicko
- After you have e-filed your return on Quicko, on the next screen, tap on E-Verify
- Select the method to receive an OTP
- Aadhaar Registered Mobile Number, or
- Bank account linked Mobile Number & Email
- Enter the OTP and Tap on E-Verify
Note: The income tax department issues a refund only after the return has been e-verified.
