Import Bank Account

You can easily import your bank account details from the Income Tax Department (ITD) for seamless updates. This process ensures that your pre-validated accounts are automatically fetched and added.

Things to keep in Mind

  1. Tax refunds can only be credited to a pre-validated and nominated bank account on the Income Tax Portal.
  2. Only pre-validated bank accounts available on the Income Tax Portal will be imported. Ensure your accounts are pre-validated and nominated for refunds to avoid any issues with tax filings and transactions.

    How to Autofill Your Bank Accounts from ITD

    1. Click on the Profile Icon and select View Profile.

    2. Navigate to Bank Accounts > Add Bank Account.

    3. Select Autofill from ITD.

    4. Connect to ITD using Aadhaar OTP or login credentials.

    5. Your pre-validated domestic bank accounts from ITD will be imported and displayed.
