Delete your Account

Deleting your account is permanent, so proceed with caution. Once deleted, the following data will be removed forever:

  • All personal and income tax return information.
  • Accountant access: If you manage clients, you will be removed from their accounts.
  • Active subscriptions: Any ongoing subscriptions will be canceled and will no longer be accessible.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Go to Profile > My Account

  2. Navigate to Settings > Danger Zone

  3. Click on Delete Account

⚠️ Note: As an accountant, you cannot delete a client’s account—only the client can do so.
