Leave a Review

Sharing your feedback helps others make informed decisions and helps pros improve their service. Once your booking is completed, you can leave a review and share your overall experience.

Things to Keep in Mind

1. Booking Completion: Reviews can be submitted after the booking is marked as completed by your pro.
2. Email Reminder: You will receive an email with your order details inviting you to leave a review.
3. Flexible Editing: You can update your review anytime after submitting it.
4. Multiple Access Points: You can find the option to leave a review in your email, from the My Bookings tab, or directly through your booking summary.
   

How to Leave a Review

1. Log in: Go to this link and log in.
2. Go to My Bookings: Click on Profile icon > My Bookings.
   
3. Select Completed Booking: In Past Bookings, go to the booking you want to review.
4. Rate Your Experience: Click Leave a Review and share your thoughts on the overall experience.
5. Edit Anytime: You can update your review from the booking summary.
   

What Happens Next?

1. Your review will be visible to others exploring the same plan.
2. Pros can view the feedback to improve their service.
