How to Onboard as an ASP

How to Onboard as an ASP

If you're an Application Service Provider (ASP) looking to build GST, e-Invoice, or E-Way Bill workflows into your product, Quicko GSP provides the infrastructure and APIs to help you get started, securely and seamlessly.

Who is an ASP

An Application Service Provider (ASP) builds applications that help businesses manage GST compliance, including filing returns, generating e-Invoices, reconciling data, or integrating GST workflows into ERP systems.

While GSPs like Quicko provide secure access to GSTN APIs, ASPs build the platforms that businesses use for compliance.

How to Onboard as an ASP with Quicko

1. Initiate Your Request

To begin, send an email to gsp@quicko.com with the following details:

  • Company name and registered GSTIN
  • Brief description of your use case (e.g., filing tool, ERP integration, reconciliation system)
  • Estimated monthly API volume
  • Technical point of contact (name and email)

2. Review and Documentation

Once we review your request, we will share the required agreements and declarations for you to complete.

3. Security Compliance Requirements

All ASPs must meet certain compliance and security standards either before or within 90 days of going live:

  • Complete an ISO 27001:2013 audit through an accredited certifying body
  • Submit a copy of the audit report and certificate
  • Maintain transaction logs and audit trails as per GSTN guidelines

Failure to meet these requirements within the stipulated time may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. Credentials and Access

Once your documentation is verified:

  • You will receive your API key and API secret, tied to your organization
  • These credentials must be used to authenticate all API requests made to GSTN via Quicko GSP

Please ensure these credentials are stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.

5. Integrate and Go Live

Quicko GSP provides a developer-first experience to help you integrate quickly and efficiently.

You will have access to:

  • RESTful APIs that follow modern standards
  • A complete Postman Collection with sample requests
  • Prebuilt client libraries (where available) to speed up development

Once your integration is tested and approved, you will be able to access production APIs.
