Unable to Fetch Intraday and F&O Income from Broker
If you’ve connected an app under Capital Gains, your intraday and F&O data won’t be fetched automatically. Here’s why and how to fix it.
Why Intraday and F&O Data Doesn’t Show
When you connect an app under Capital Gains, only delivery based trades are fetched, such as:
- Stocks or ETFs held for more than a day
- Mutual Funds, Bonds, and Debentures
These are taxed as capital gains.
Web
Intraday trades (stocks/ETFs bought and sold on the same day) and F&O trades are treated as business income. To fetch them:
Go to
File > Business & Profession
- Click Add Business > Trading Securities

- Select Import from Investment Apps and choose your broker

Once you log in, your intraday and F&O income will appear.
